The Concert Hall Is Back 2023

A legendary Toronto music venue is back on the scene and ready to Rock

The Concert Hall, also known as The Rock Pile and Masonic Temple, was a popular music venue in Toronto where music fans would flock to see bands like Led Zeppelin, REM, and David Bowie.

Music History of The Concert Hall

Built in 1917, the main floor was used as a rental space to help the Masons pay for the place. In the late 90s, it looked like the place would be torn down and replaced with a condo, but it received heritage designation and was repurposed for a variety of functions.

In 2012, Info-Tech Research Group bought and renovated the place, restoring it as a special events space.

It’s now under the management of 888 Yonge Inc. and concerts are coming back to The Concert Hall.
