Following the announcement of their Canadian tour alongside The Struts and leading up to their appearance at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona Beach, Florida on May 11th, QOTSA has added four more stops to their Spring 2024 itinerary. The newly scheduled shows are set to take place in Portsmouth, Virginia (May 6th); Wilmington, North Carolina (May 7th); North Charleston, South Carolina (May 8th); and Hollywood, Florida (May 10th).

Queens of the Stone Age’s 2024 calendar is packed with exciting global ventures. In addition to the North American leg, the band is set to tour Japan, Australia, and New Zealand throughout February and March. Later in July, they will grace the European festival circuit with their presence. Fans looking to catch the band live have plenty of opportunities to experience their electrifying performances.

This extensive tour serves as a celebration of Queens of the Stone Age’s latest album, “In Times New Roman…,” a record that has garnered attention and praise. In a conversation with Consequence, Josh Homme delved into the intricacies of the new LP, expressing his desire to be like “Dr. Jekyll” and emphasizing the importance of “loud” in their music. Homme further shared insights into the album’s creation, revealing how it essentially serves as a soundtrack to his own life.

For a more in-depth exploration of Homme’s perspective on music creation, fans can tune into his guest appearance on Kyle Meredith With…, where he discusses the band’s approach to crafting “music for all stereotypes.” As Queens of the Stone Age embark on this extended tour, they continue to cement their status as one of the most influential and captivating rock acts of our time.
