Originally from Saskatoon, Rory began his musical journey on the guitar before undergoing a
lengthy stint on the tenor saxophone. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in
2018, where he focused on jazz studies under the direction of Dean McNeill. In 2022, Rory
made the decision to step away from the saxophone in order to once again fully immerse
himself in the world of the guitar. Shortly after that, he moved to Toronto, where he now lives, performs, writes, and teaches music.”
