Twisted Sister Considering Reunion as Offers Pour In

Dee Snider, the lead singer of Twisted Sister, has hinted at the possibility of a reunion for the legendary heavy metal band. In a recent interview on “The Hook Rocks” podcast, Snider disclosed that the band members have been tempted by lucrative offers to hit the stage once again.

Snider revealed that discussions among the surviving members have shifted from a firm stance against reuniting to considering the feasibility of such a venture. He acknowledged the allure of the escalating offers, stating, “Everything before the word ‘but’ is bull—- … at some point you’ve gotta say, ‘Well, how can I say no to that?’”

While the band has been on hiatus for eight years with no prior intention of returning, Snider admitted that the enticing offers have prompted them to reconsider. He emphasized that while they haven’t committed yet, they are contemplating the logistics of a potential reunion tour.

Previously, Snider had hinted at the band’s possible return for political events in 2024, but he clarified that the recent discussions about a reunion are a new development. The band members are cautiously exploring the possibility, considering factors such as physical fitness, diet, and appearance.

Reflecting on their bond, Snider mentioned that despite the passing of former drummer A.J. Pero in 2015 and the subsequent farewell tour, the band members remain close friends. He highlighted the positive impact of their previous reunion, which helped mend friendships and strengthen their camaraderie.

Twisted Sister, originally formed in 1972, had bid farewell to the stage in 2016 after a successful tour. However, the allure of the stage and the overwhelming demand from fans might just bring them back together once again.
