The Barbarians Of California’s live performance of “Far Out, Bro” took place at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA on October 19th, 2024, marking their first-ever live show. The performance featured a special guest appearance by Daryl Taberski, vocalist of the legendary metalcore band Snapcase, who also performed on the studio version of the track.

The live rendition showcased the band’s ability to translate their aggressive studio sound to the stage, with Taberski’s guest appearance adding extra credibility and energy to the performance. This collaboration demonstrates the band’s strong connection to hardcore punk roots, as both founding members Eric Stenman and Aaron Bruno are veterans of the California hardcore scene.

“Far Out, Bro” is described as one of the band’s fastest songs, featuring swarming riffs and sarcastic, cutting vocals. The live performance represents a significant moment for the band, as it marks their successful transition from studio project to live act.

The band has since continued to perform select shows, including dates with Snapcase, demonstrating their commitment to the hardcore scene while bringing their unique blend of aggressive music to live audiences.
