Rush’s Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson Reunite for One-Off Performance in Honor of South Park’s 25th Anniversary

As reported by Blabbermouth, Rush legends Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee got back together on Wednesday evening, August 10, to perform the band’s “Closer to the Heart” over at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colorado. Their performance was a part of the larger celebration with Trey Parker and Matt Stone in honour of the 25th anniversary of “South Park.” The full concert event, which also featured Primus, will also air on Paramount+ this weekend.
