blink-182 Announce 2025 U.S. Tour with Alkaline Trio
blink-182 have officially announced their 2025 U.S. tour, set to kick off in late August and featuring Alkaline Trio as special guests. The tour will bring the pop-punk icons to cities across the East Coast, Midwest, and Southern U.S., wrapping up in early October with a West Coast date in California.
This marks another exciting chapter in the band’s ongoing evolution. Matt Skiba, who replaced original guitarist and vocalist Tom DeLonge in 2015, parted ways with the band in 2022 when DeLonge returned. Despite his departure, Skiba briefly reunited with blink-182 during a wildfire relief benefit concert in Los Angeles earlier this year. There, he joined them onstage to perform “Bored to Death,” a track from California (2016) — the first of two albums he contributed to during his time with the band.
Alkaline Trio, Skiba’s longtime band, are joining blink-182 as special guests on the tour. The two bands share a rich history, both musically and personally, making this tour an especially notable event for fans of the genre.
The announcement coincides with the release of Fahrenheit-182, a memoir by blink-182 bassist and vocalist Mark Hoppus. The book delves into his personal and musical journey, offering an intimate look at the highs and lows of his career.
